The Value of Success

Einstein Quote

Success is relative to the person who has succeeded. It may mean different things to different people, but the way we earn success all requires the same amount of hard work. Success happens when you have achieved what you set out to achieve. In other words once you have accomplished your intended worthwhile goals, you have achieved success.

The extent of your success is of course dependent on the nature, size and significance of the proposed goal. For instance, you may successfully complete your daily tasks but struggle to achieve your more long term goals. Completing your daily tasks successfully may provide a small sense of the day’s job well done but you may still be far off from reaching your ultimate goals and thus true success.

Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value - Albert Einstein

The principle of value exchange can be said to be directly linked to a certain level of success. If you are able to provide significant value to a project, according to the principle of value exchange, you will automatically be successful. True success provides a sense of accomplishment because you know a certain amount of blood, sweat and tears went into achieving your goal. To many, money and success go hand in hand, therefore if you provide substantial value people will be willing to pay for it.

Albert Einstein knew the value of hard work, being useful and thus successful as it’s definitely evident in his life’s work. Work hard, stay focused, motivated, provide the necessary value to society and you will inevitably succeed.
